What we collect

When you create an account, we store your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name attached to that account. As you use the course, we store the progress that makes your Desk work: XP, your daily streak, rank exams, the cases you have started or completed, and the answers you submit inside cases.

Your eval workspace

If you use the Evals workspace, we also store what you create there: products, rubrics, uploaded result files and pasted rows, and the labels and notes you add. This data is yours and is visible only to you. Please don't upload customer data or anything you aren't allowed to share with a learning tool.

AI features

Some features use an AI model. When you ask for coaching on a case answer, your answer and the case context are sent to the model to explain reasoning gaps. When you judge uploaded eval rows, the row text and your rubric are sent to the model so it can label them. The model is used only to generate your coaching and labels; we don't use your data to train models.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored in our managed cloud database. Progress, case answers and eval data are visible only to you. Site staff can access account data only to provide support or investigate problems, at your request or where necessary to keep the service safe.

Certificates

Certificates you choose to share are public by design: anyone with the verification code can see your name, rank and issue date. Certificates are never published or indexed without a share link.

Cookies and local storage

We use local storage in your browser to keep you signed in and to remember small preferences, like whether sound is muted. We don't run advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Emails we send

We email you for account security only: confirming your sign-up, password resets, and sign-in issues. No marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Deleting your data

To delete your account and everything stored with it, email gauravj.0901@gmail.com from the address on your account. We'll remove your account, progress, eval workspace and any public certificate within 30 days, except records we must keep for security or legal reasons.
